Aiace is the classic peeled and toasted almond nougat handcrafted at a beloved craftsman in Modica. Ajax is determined, strong, and real tough as the great warrior of the Iliad who was second only to the mythical Achilles.

Aiace is derived from the classic recipe used in Barrafranca to celebrate the end of the almond growing campaign.
