Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Orders can ship from anywhere our suppliers or the brands we carry themselves ship to.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items
  • Processing time is 1 - 3 business days and only ship Monday-Friday
  • Shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on where it is shipping from
  • Standard Shipping is free but expedited shipping is available and processed at checkout along with shipping options
  • Shipping is ultimately subject to the destinations the brands we carry serve.
  • ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:

    This is fully dependent on the brands we carry or suppliers we use, where they ship from and to, but they do their best to deliver reliable and super speedy shipping! The delivery window is typically from 3 days to 2 weeks approximately, and packages typically dispatch Monday to Friday.  You usually receive an estimate of delivery times in your order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched directly from the independent brands we carry or the suppliers we use. If you have ordered from more than one brand, you will likely receive separate packages and likely at separate times.  

    CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance.  Your are responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

    WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
