No damage to your kitchen counters or tabletops. 100% made from plantation grown Acacia wood. Easy to care for and dishwasher safe.  
  • Flat fine porcelain platter that is 12” x 7.5” sits perfectly on top of the board and provides that ideal vessel to show both contrast in color and texture to any food your culinary heart will desire. This Platter could be used on its own or together with Acacia wood for Desserts or Sushi, Steaks or vegetables, and everything in between.
  • Wilmax double-fired porcelain is truly vitrified for added strength and durability Dishwasher, Microwave, and oven safe to 400 Degrees. Acacia wood is NOT oven or microwave safe but IS safe in the dishwasher and any wet environment due to our proprietary banana leaf-based glue that is meant to withstand high heat and moisture.
  • Some items could be packed in an original box while others may be repacked to match the set quantity. This set could be in a combination of Color gift box and plain brown box based on availability.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders can ship from anywhere.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items
  • Processing time is 1 - 3 business days and only ship Monday-Friday
  • Shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on where it is shipping from
  • Standard Shipping is free but expediting shipping is processed at checkout along with shipping options

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your are responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
