For all orders placed via, returns will be free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order, anywhere in the world for a refund, as long as they comply with our returns policy.  You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must unworn or unused
  • Provide receipt or proof of purchase
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

  • To start a return, please go to our Returns Centre within 14 days of receiving the delivery.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. No items should be sent back without prior authorization. Please do not return your order via any other means unless directed by us. Once you receive your return shipping label, you have 7 days only to return your items and you must include your packing slip inside the package. Items must be packaged carefully to prevent damages in transit.  If you have returned items to multiple brands, the refunds may be processed individually. You will receive an individual shipping label for each brand and so you must ensure the proper label is attached to each package.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, made to order or personalized items), and personal care and hygiene goods (such as beauty products or intimates). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    We will notify you once your return has been received by the independent brand or supplier and whether a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Once the independent brand or supplier receives the returned item(s) and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 working days.
