While a large 10” plate can be used on its own for your daily serving of meats and vegitables or even desserts it also adds contrast when used together with a smaller 9” fine porcelain plate.

All our Acacia tableware is dishwasher safe. While acacia wood is NOT oven or microwave safe but IS safe in the dishwasher and any wet environment due to our proprietary banana leaf-based glue that is meant to withstand high heat and moisture.
- Wilmax fine porcelain is double-fired porcelain is truly vitrified for added strength and durability Dishwasher, Microwave, and oven safe to 400 Degrees. - ZavisGreen round and rectangle Acacia plates and platters are all stackable into each other for ease of storage and presentation tableside. The same size plates will nest into another one with a proprietary lip/footing that is meant to sit inside the front side of the previous platter.
- Some items could be packed in an original box while others may be repacked to match the set quantity. This set could be in a combination of Color gift box and plain brown box based on availability.

Shipping Policy

Orders can ship from anywhere our suppliers or the brands we carry themselves ship to.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items

Processing time is 1 - 3 business days and only ship Monday-Friday

Shipping time is 5 - 15 days depending on where it is shipping from

Standard Shipping is free but expedited shipping is available and processed at checkout along with shipping options

Shipping is ultimately subject to the destinations the brands we carry serve.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:

This is fully dependent on the brands we carry or suppliers we use, where they ship from and to, but they do their best to deliver reliable and super speedy shipping! The delivery window is typically from 3 days to 2 weeks approximately, and packages typically dispatch Monday to Friday. You usually receive an estimate of delivery times in your order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched directly from the independent brands we carry or the suppliers we use. If you have ordered from more than one brand, you will likely receive separate packages and likely at separate times.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your are responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
