- Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing. The measurement allowed error is +/- 1-3cm.
- It is normal that silicone products may have some odor since vulcanizer (a kind of catalyst which plays an important role in the molding process) is added to the raw material to make the finished products more flexible. Generally, most of the vulcanizer will volatile after the shaping, and the residue will be gone within few days. (The vulcanizer will do no harm to people's health). A small tip to remove the odor: keep the product in the saltwater for about half an hour, wash and dry it, the odor will disappear then.
- Silicone kitchenware with wooden handles cannot be used in dishwashers. After blisters, heat expansion and contraction will be severe.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:
This is fully dependent on the brands we carry or suppliers we use, where they ship from and to, but they do their best to deliver reliable and super speedy shipping! The delivery window is typically from 3 days to 2 weeks approximately, and packages typically dispatch Monday to Friday. You usually receive an estimate of delivery times in your order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched directly from the independent brands we carry or the suppliers we use. If you have ordered from more than one brand, you will likely receive separate packages and likely at separate times.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Your are responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
