Absolute Whey in chocolate offers a balanced combination of concentrated and isolated whey protein blends. These are just different forms of the same whey protein. The difference is how it is processed from its raw form. This simply changes its macro ratios of protein:fat:carbohydrates. Concentrates are more raw and unprocessed with more carbohydrates, fats and lactose. Isolates process some of that out leaving more raw protein. Purex kept it natural and very concentrate, but also wanted to give you a whole lot of protein!

BCAA’s are short for Branch Chain Amino Acids. They are no different than regular amino acids, which are found in protein.
