Directly from the family fields, the best varieties of Sicilian almonds were selected and toasted according to the classic Sicilian pastry method and the intrinsic knowledge of chocolate. Toasted almonds were pralined with a monovarietal selection of chocolate from Madagascar. These dark chocolate praline almonds are ideal for lovers of dried fruit and intense chocolate. They are also fantastic as a confectionery and as delicious treats.
