The fresh bowl also features an ergonomically contoured tilted inclination design so your pets have better access to their food.Β Has four skid proof rubberized grips at the bottom of the bowl for better gripping.

Orders can ship from anywhere our suppliers or the brands we carry themselves ship to.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items
Processing time is 1 - 3 business days and only ship Monday-Friday
Shipping time is 5 -Β 15 days depending on where it is shipping from
Standard ShippingΒ is free but expedited shipping is available and processed at checkout along with shipping options

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY:
This is fully dependent on the brands we carry or suppliers we use, where they ship from and to, but they do their best to deliver reliable and super speedy shipping! The delivery window is typically from 3 days to 2 weeks approximately, and packages typically dispatch Monday to Friday.Β You usually receive an estimate of delivery times in your order confirmation email. Your order will be dispatched directly from the independent brands we carry or the suppliers we use. If you have ordered from more than one brand, you will likely receive separate packages and likely at separate times.Β Β
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:Β Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your countryβs customs clearance.Β Your areΒ responsible for paying any fees orΒ rates charged by customs.Β These charges are the responsibility of theΒ customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:Β A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 businessΒ days for USΒ orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.Β
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:Β If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
